I admire the fact that Asian American men are more prominent in mainstream media more than ever. I am saddened that it’s because of a Reality TV divorcee.

So, finally, by one reasonable metric, I am no longer obese. Thanks, Body Fat % indicator. Of course, my weight scale is only so accurate, but whatever. Baby steps, right? Ultimate goal is probably to be in the 20 – 23% range.
