Phone Machines
There’s nothing that frustrates me more than a person who doesn’t have an answering machine. If you don’t want to pick up your phone, fine, but if I’m trying to leave you an important message (i.e., “Your application is incomplete”), it means I have to call you back 3 or 4 times.

Post-turkey day musings
Another Thanksgiving day, another day of shopping. I have to say, I’m almost burnt out of this black friday shopping. Standing out in the cold at 4:00 in the morning, and only being 1/2 way in front of the line, just isn’t worth it. ah, cest la vie.

The Seattle Times: Local News: Suspect in custody in Tacoma Mall shooting
I’m glad I got out of Tacoma when I did. First that rampaging burglar who shot a clerk on Wednesday, now some psycho flipping out and shooting people at a mall where I used to shop. Kind of puts things in perspective.

Winter Kayaking
